BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY

Our team at Simple Scissors values the importance of your time. We are committed to being on time for you, and we ask that you please arrive early to your appointment.

We certainly recognize adjustments may need to be made to your appointment. We respectfully request a 24-hour notice, so we can offer other salon guests an opportunity at that time.

Please understand when an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, the opportunity to fill that time is lost.

Less than 24-hour cancellations are subject to pre-paying for future appointment bookings.

CONFIRMATIONS

For your convenience, our online concierge will confirm your service appointments via text, email or phone call; however, please realize that appointment times are your responsibility to remember.

RETURN POLICY

We encourage you to experience our Aveda products prior to purchase. Our staff is happy to assist you in selecting the right Aveda products for you.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days with a receipt. In-store credit or gift card will be issued. No cash refunds will be given. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. No exchanges after 15 days.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your spa service appointment to allow adequate time for your consultation and draping.

Our providers are trained to drape guests for spa services, which ensures comfort and privacy. We welcome any questions prior to your service to ensure your full confidence in our providers.

SERVICE EXPERIENCE

During your initial consultation, you can expect a full quote of the services being provided. Our goal is for you to be able to recreate your new look at home. We will make product recommendations that will help you achieve your desired style, extend the longevity of your color service or help your skin look and feel better.
